This policy applies to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, customers agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery. A return request must be initiated within five (5) days of receiving the product.
Customers can request a return for any product (defective or non-defective) within 5 days of delivery.
To qualify, the product must be unused (except for testing), returned in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and proof of purchase included.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement (For Damage Claims)
For claims regarding damaged or incorrect items, customers must provide a clear unboxing video. The video must show the sealed package before opening and clearly display the condition of the product.
3. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns may not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Damage caused due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Missing accessories or original packaging
- Return request raised after 5 days of delivery
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must email helpfuturetechworld@gmail.com with the Order ID, description of the issue, and supporting images or videos.
All returns are subject to verification and approval after inspection.
5. Return Shipping Cost
If the return is approved due to a wrong or defective item, we will bear the return shipping cost. For other returns, the customer may bear return shipping charges.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Payment gateway processing fees may be deducted if applicable. If cancelled after dispatch, shipping and processing charges may be deducted.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.
8. Damaged in Transit
If the package appears damaged upon delivery, customers should report it within 24 hours with photo or video evidence.
9. Exchange Policy
Exchange is available subject to stock availability.
