These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website https://futuretechworld.shop, operated by Future Tech World ("we", "us", "our"), and any purchase you make through it.
By accessing this Website, browsing our products or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this Website.
1. Definitions
- "Website" means https://futuretechworld.shop and all its pages.
- "Company", "we", "us", "our" means Future Tech World, Masjid Moth Rd, South Extension II, Block R, New Delhi, Delhi 110049.
- "You", "your", "Customer" means any person who accesses the Website or places an order.
- "Products" means the goods listed for sale on the Website.
- "Order" means your request to purchase Products from us.
2. Eligibility
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and current, and that the payment method you use belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it.
3. Your account
Access to your account is secured by a one-time password sent to your registered mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your mobile number and OTPs secure. Any activity carried out through your account is treated as authorised by you.
Notify us immediately at support@futuretechworld.shop if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud, abuse of our return policy, bulk resale, or any activity that violates these Terms.
4. Products, descriptions and pricing
We take care to describe our Products accurately, including specifications, box contents and condition. However:
- Product images are for illustration. Actual colour and finish may vary slightly depending on your screen and on manufacturer batch variations.
- Specifications are as supplied by the manufacturer and may be revised by them without notice to us.
- Products marked "open box" or "unboxed" may carry light usage marks. This is stated on the listing and reflected in the price.
- Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed and dispatched.
Pricing. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.
Errors. Despite our efforts, a Product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description. Where this happens, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund with no deduction, even if the order has already been confirmed. We are not obliged to fulfil an order placed at an obviously erroneous price.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where the Product is out of stock, where there is a pricing or listing error, where we cannot verify your details, or where the order appears fraudulent or intended for unauthorised resale. Where we cancel for any of these reasons, you receive a 100% refund.
6. Payment
We accept online payment only — UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking and wallets. Cash on Delivery is not available.
All payments are processed by third-party payment gateways on their own secure, PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We do not receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
If a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it is normally auto-reversed by your bank within 5 to 7 business days. Contact us with the transaction reference and we will follow up with the gateway on your behalf.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery of your order is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please note in particular the 3-day return window, the mandatory unboxing video, and the 20% deduction on customer-initiated cancellations.
Both policies form part of these Terms and are binding on every order.
8. Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty only, where the brand offers one. Future Tech World does not provide any independent or extended warranty.
Warranty claims after our 3-day return window must be raised directly with the brand's authorised service centre, using your invoice as proof of purchase. We will help you locate the nearest service centre.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repair, tampered serial numbers, or normal wear such as battery capacity decline.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this Website — including text, product descriptions we have written, page layout, graphics, logos and the "Future Tech World" name and mark — is our property or is used under licence, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, scrape, sell, rent, sub-license or redistribute any material from this Website, or create a competing store using our content, without our prior written permission.
You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Brand names, product names and manufacturer images belong to their respective owners and are used here solely to identify the Products we sell.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any Indian law
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, databases or any customer account
- Introduce viruses, malware, trojans or any other harmful code
- Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to extract data or place bulk orders
- Interfere with the Website's operation or place unreasonable load on our infrastructure
- Impersonate another person, or provide false payment or delivery information
- Post content that is defamatory, obscene, misleading, or that infringes anyone's rights
We may suspend access and pursue legal remedies for any breach of this section.
11. Reviews and user content
If you post a review, comment or image on the Website, you confirm that it is your own, that it is truthful, and that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
We do not review or approve user content before it appears, and such content reflects the views of the person who posted it — not ours. We reserve the right to remove any content we consider offensive, misleading, promotional or in breach of these Terms, without notice.
By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce that content in connection with the Website and our marketing.

The Website may link to third-party sites, such as manufacturer pages, courier tracking pages or our social media profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
13. Disclaimer
The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses, or that all information on it is complete, accurate or current.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with any Order shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for that Order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from the use of the Website or of any Product purchased through it.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law — including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Future Tech World, its owners and employees, against any claim, loss, damage, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, war, riot, strike, transport disruption, courier network failure, power or internet outage, or government action.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Website or any Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India.
We encourage you to contact our support team first — the large majority of issues are resolved quickly and fairly without any need for formal proceedings.
19. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. The revised version takes effect as soon as it is posted on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version live at the time you place an order governs that order.
